April 13 | Paul Bower has won the AHC-Ave Maria College playwriting competition for his play, A Search for Buried Treasure. David Moss presented the AHC award to Paul on April 9 and his play was publicly read in the Ave Maria auditorium on April 13. |

| Reading of winning student's play about Edith Stein The AHC and Ave Maria College, Ypsilanti, Michigan have co-sponsored a playwriting competition for Ave Maria students. The object was to write a one act play about Edith Stein. Before the opening performance of Arthur Giron's play (see entry below), at 7:45 pm on April 9, the AHC will present an award to the student who wrote the winning play. That play will be read aloud in the College Auditorium on Sunday, April 13, at 2 PM. Open discussion to follow. All are welcome to attend. |
