All contributions are tax deductible in accordance with section 501(c)3 of the IRS code General Needs: We are working to enable Jews who have entered the Church to gather together in mutual support and endeavors, to enable them to give collective witness to their Messiah and their Lord, and to help preserve their heritage and identity within the Church. We are most grateful to those whose contributions enable us to pay the bills and advance our work. [Top]
Subscriptions to The Hebrew Catholic are for four issues. Suggested amounts to cover our printing and mailing costs for four issues are: $15 for the U.S. and Canada, $25 for all other countries. Amounts in excess of subscription costs are applied to our work, unless otherwise specified. [Top]
Special Projects and Needs: Here we call your attention to special projects and needs of the AHC and of others.
AHC Center Loan In Nov. 2006, our Lord brought us to St. Louis, Missouri and provided the facility for our new headquarters. This was purchased through a no-interest loan provided by a benefactor who wishes to remain anonymous. We now need to raise the funds to repay this loan. Please contact us if you are able to help in anyway. Publishing Projects We have a number of publishing projects for which funds are needed. In the planning stage, there is the first Hebrew Catholic Siddur (prayer book). In various stages of progress, we are looking forward to: a reprint of Jewish Identity; the publication of our AHC Haggadah; the reprint of Msgr. Kevane's The Lord of History; the reprint of The Conversion of Ratisbonne; and the publication of the book and audio CDs that contain the lecture series sponsored by the AHC on The Mystery of Israel and the Church. Catholics for Israel Project Catholics for Israel is "an apostolate of Catholics for Israel and Catholics in Israel committed to fostering a greater love for the Jewish people, for Jesus the Messiah, and for His Body, the Catholic Church." The materials on their website provide both witness and catechesis. Thus, we welcome contributions to help them in their efforts to translate their web site materials into Hebrew and other languages, Click here to see their website. Athol Project: Bnei Miriam Kollel Proposed is the development of a new learning and teaching community of Hebrew Catholics called the Bnei Miriam Kollel (Children of Mary Study Center). This new community will explore how to live out our distinct Jewish vocation and heritage within the Catholic Church. We hope to develop a Hebrew Catholic spirituality that is both Marian and Eucharistic, and which will include Torah observance and the integration of Jewish and Catholic mysticism. If you are interested in the idea of this community, please contact Athol Bloomer at aronbengilad@yahoo.co.uk. [Top]
